I did go to Hertz - and spoke to Sebastian and they wanted a R16000.00 liability cover deposit which I did not have it was the first time that I used your service on-line and I did show up.
Please speak to Sebastian concerning this - I went to First Car Rental and paid R3000.00 on hiring a walk in rental car.
If my deposit is not refunded I am reporting as an on-line fraud conducted by yourselves.
This is disappointing and unacceptable to advise me that I did not show up.
