My complaint seems to be the same as everyone's. I ordered in August, it was paid for. I received emails after making complaint s finally got a tracking number for a package that has no tracking information. .. I definitely will stick to eBay.

I ordered (and paid) an item on 19 October 2017, and never received it. Order 3934575.
eCrater sent me an email after 1 month saying that my item was shipped and sending me the track number. The problem is that the item was shipped on 22 October 2017 and today (4 December 2017) I’m still waiting.
eCrater must refund me the money or will take legal action!

Worst site ever I spend $140 on my order and never got my package and they are the worst and I want my money back

So I ordered something a couple of couple of weeks ago and still hasn't come in the mail yet.

I ordered from this site and I have not received my order...can not get information from them and people sellers on this site are not legit. ..DON'T ORDER FROM ECRATOR

Several sellers that have already left the site still have merchandise still showing on eCrater. HINT: Don't buy immediastely -- for your first purchase, send the seller a question and if they don't answer in 3 or 4 days, then find another seller.

I placed a $126.00 order on Nov 26. I have not recieved my order. I have sent an email and have not gotten any response. I needed those gifts for Chrismas now i have to go out and buy them and spend extra money. The money was taken out of my account. I need to know how this is going to be fixed ASAP

Ordered an audiobook from [email protected] and never received it...luckily paypal was able to get me refund but the seller made a comment that i "received the goods and wants a refund so she can get free goods" which was completely false!!

ecrater has a person by the name of [email protected] that sells audiobooks that you will never receive. Paypal got my money back but the seller left a comment saying that I did receive it and was lying to get a free item...super false

Just wanted to add my two cents worth to this... I was looking to pick up a graphics card, and settled on a Sapphire 100315L Radeon HD. Looked it up on Google Shopping, and saw one listed on carrieshop.ecrater.com for about $20 LESS than anywhere else, so I took the chance and ordered it... paid through PayPal, but was still a little nervous because of the mixed reviews I had read. I ordered late night on 2/27/2012, the order was processed on 2/28/2012, I received my UPS tracking number, and here I sit on 3/2/2012 with the item on my desk, brand new and unopened.

There may be a lot of scammers out there, and some may run through ecrater, but not everyone on ecrater is a scammer. I DO NOT own a store on ecrater.com, I am a total customer, and I WILL mention their shop by name, because this vendor gave me excellent service, and that should be rewarded!
