My daughter Tayla van rooyen has been working for Edcon as a casual employee and every month she has to fight for her money!
She worked for the month of January 2017 and is still waiting for her salary to be transferred.
She messages her superior who gives her the run around and I her mother has even messaged he's superior Sionade Lee.
She is very aware of the problem and keeps telling me that Tayla needs to speak to her superior!
Edcon is a stingy company who overworks their casual employees and doesn't want to pay them! the poor kids makes the effort to show up for work, work long hours, pay for transport costs to work and then they have to beg and plea to get paid!
Tayla has since left Edcon as its the most unprofessional company to work for. Their employees don't work there long as this is the reason why, they simply hate paying these poor kids for their hard work!!
