Good afternoon,

Since May 2018 I was battling to get sms and airtime subscriptions that I did not give consent to, stopped on my Edgars account.
Eventually it were stopped, but the amount added up to R557. I have phoned the accounts department numerous times to get the R557 deducted from my account without any luck. The customer care department only put the phone down in my ear. I am desperate. My account is paid up accept for the R557. I am desperate!!!!! I am considering legal steps now.
