I was an employee at Edcon. I recently resigned in March. I submitted all my provident forms to HR ADMIN. The provident fund is said to payout after 3 months. Today the 1st of August 2019. I called Old Mutual to find out why the payout is not processed yet. To my shock they say they never recieved any forms from Edcon.
Edcon is not living their values, if they cared they would have done a follow up but they don't care. It's not them whose affected.
Now I have to wait another 3 months to get the money.
This was so unprofessional. I want an investigation to be done and the accountable person to be dealt with accordinglty. And I want money to compensate for my emotional and financial distress.
