Purchased a plot in Eden residensia . Paid all installments. But still waiting for possession.

I booked a 3.84 Marla plot#C001-00230in Eden Residensia phase 1 in 2010. I have paid all installments except the last one which is for the posession.they sent a letter on 27-7-2013 that they have temporarily changed the account title so the cheques must b sent in favor of Eden housing developers instead of Eden housing limited. I paid all installments by 1 April 2015. Then they sent an add that says that they will complete this project with in 6 months. But still no response. I have checked on internet it's name is neither in legal societies nor in illegal society.

plot no N003 00281 (5 marla) . booked plot in Mrs ATIYA ZULFIQAR name in 2009 . paid installmennts of approx 1100000 lac. till todate no possession , no outcome. despite e mails , tel calls. i request owner of eden be taken to task. and affectees be compensated ASP,.tnx

I alongwith my brothers and cousins booked 09 Nos. plots in in Eden Garden Extension 3 years back. in Block B

We have paid UP TO DATE PAYMENTS well in time. But, nothing has been developed on site whereas only 5-months period for possession is left as per commitment of the EDEN. Site is total barren and farming is going on. No body is telling truth rather every employee is misleading by fabricated stories.

Please do exert your pressure and update me ON MAIL THE EXACT STORY BEHIND THE CURTAIN REGARDING EDEN GARDEN EXTENSION.
