Eden Garden Extension Block B

Delaying tactics
I have a plot file for Eden Garden extension, block B, I have paid almost 90% cost. All payments evidence are available with me.
The company is not telling truth. they have suppose to handover possession in June 2015. but there is no progress work. I am worried about my money.

Plz guide what should i do.
