I bought two files in Eden Abad back in 2007 and they were supposed to give us possession of houses in 2010. it is almost the end of 2017 and there is nothing. One of my lawyer has been going there for 3 years now and has been speaking to the marketing office manager, Butt sahib and one of the works Awais and they have been giving him the run around. He went and met with the chairman's wife and she said you will have the possession just go back to the Butt( marketing office manager). its been said since march and we are still in the Limbo. these guys are Rip offs and they take other people's money and flea. someone has to do something about it. does anyone who should I contact to resolve this issue. please email me at

I am an overseas Pakistani living in Saudia, I booked a 5 merla plot in eden residencia , phase 1 Lahore around 7 years before. But after paying all instalments still I did not receive any plot. Every time they promise for next 6 months which did not come true. While living in Saudia I can not go again & again to pursue for my plot. Please advise me what to do to get back my hard earning.

I have also booked a 5 Marla Plot in Eden Lands.One thing you all are missing is that if we contact NAB or any other department to return our Money back it will not be favorable for us because if they returned our money back which will near about 1,150,000/- (5 Marla Plot) then in present we can't purchase a same size plot in any other Housing Scheme in 1,150,000/-. So we should insist them for possession of Plots instead of taking or money back. And if we Contact NAB, then the Agenda should be possession of Plots instead of Return of Money. If u all are agree then Contact me for filling of Complaints to NAB, FIA, CHief Justice of Pakistan, Federal and Provincial Ombudsmen and Ministry of Housing & Works.

It is with reference to your letter received on dated 12th May, 2014 regarding possession of the plot that will be given in 2nd quarter of next year. Now it is going Mar, 2016 and I have not received any thing regarding the possession of the plot till to up-to-date. As per schedule, I have submitted all the 66 monthly installments including Advance: Rs. 150000 (two installments of Rs.75, 000), Development Charges Rs. 140000 & 66* 7411 / monthly installments: Rs. 489,126, Total amount is Rs. = 779,126).

It is requested to notify me regarding the status of my possession and also share the Society MAP LDA approved as you have commented in beginning of this process and also requested issues me a officially payment clearance certificate. If society is not in a position to allot the plot and Map due to any management issues or any other government litigations, kindly return me my full payment including interest valve or allot me a plot of the same value in any other developed society. I am waiting for your prompt response.

They have took money from us also for Eden lands
We book 2 kanal and paid 10 million Rs.
They promise they will give possession in 2011 and
Now is 2014 and I see that place , people are growing there food for animals .

Eden housing are cheaters in a sense ,
They take your money and invest in other places
And multiply your money 5 or more times then give u plot
Or home after long long time after u pay all money.

Under NAB ordinance all acts of EDens as described on this board fall under definition of corruption and fraud. I had filed an application to Chairman NAB against Dr. Amjad who is mastermind of all this fraud. By grace of God NAB made him to return my money along with 10% mark up. I have got my money and thanked GOD.
