Delayed possession of plot despite of full payment

I have booked a 10 marla plot in Eden garden extension in 2012.Inspite of full payment I ve not been given the possession which was supposed to be in May 2015.I request the concerned authorities to kindly effectively look into the matter as we have invested our hard earned money in it.
