EDEN HOUSING DEVELOPERS IN THERE
EDEN DREAM HOMES SCHEME,
EDENABAD
LAHORE

Booked ON 07 DEC,2008 to be ready for delivery of possession on 07 Aug 2012
but till today we could not get the possession of the house as there case is pending with Nab
We have already paid about 60% of the total cost agreed between us

It is kindly requested that please resolve the matter as early as possible so that we can get the possession of the House as agreed by the Developers and pay the remaining installments on monthly basis

I HAVE PAID ALL INSTALLMENT WELL IN TIME ALONGWITH DEVELOPMENT FEE...........
BUT NOTHING HOUSE HAS BEEN DELIVER TO ME SOFAR.

I HAVE PAID RS 28 LAC....TILL 2010 AS PER GIVEN SCHEDULE OF MANAGEMENT OF EDEN.

EVEN I HAVE SENT ALL DOCUMENTS TO NAB LAHORE OFFICE, BUT NO NEWS SOFAR?


IS THERE ANY WAY TO DEAL WITH SUCH CHEATER GROUP.
