I have bought a 5 Marla plot in the Eden Land society, Ferozepur Road Lahore on installments starting 5th Feb 2009. All of the said 61 installments were successfully paid in full by 15th March 2014 totaling more than Rs. 1,200,000 (Twelve Lacs) plus development charges. The issue being faced now is that the plot which was due to be transferred onto my name is pending till date and more than 4 years have already passed without any progress on the transfer by the society.
I would request your attention on this matter to give direction to the society for transferring the due plot onto my name as early as possible as it’s delayed for quite long now.

We have paid full amount of 5 marla Cornore plot at L block, after 9 years we are not in possession of plot.
There is no one to help us. I request NAB to crack down on the head of this project. I paid installments with great difficulties. Now i need money,
but the owners of this company are shameful.
