Teared converse

Good day

I bought Black converse on the 31/08/2019 at the highveld mall. I paid R699.00 for them. I only wear them on some weekends. Yesterday 11/12019 I wanted to wear it for a night out. I saw that the right shoe teared in the left side. I hope that you can come to me back as soon as possible. This is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed in Edgar's and Converse.
