Im Zama Njapha I have insured my cellphone with Edgar's (cash customer). On the 14th of May my phone fell and broke. I took it for repairs on the 15th to Edgar's Connect Verulam store code 5951. I explained to the store manager Njabulo what has happened with my phone. Two weeks later (28May18) I received the call from Njabulo asking what happened with the phone yet I told him when I gave him the phone.

I called Njabulo on the 29th for feedback and I was very distraught with the manner he handled my call. He was rude and I asked for finryt contact number so that I'll make my own follow ups just to avoid contacting Vlm branch. Njabulo dropped the call while I was still asking for their store code. Tried several times to recall however there was no answer.

It was very disturbing to receive such impertinence from him. As it is m frustrated because it's been two weeks now without a phone moreover you get the worse service from the store.

I can appreciate if my matter can be attended with immediate effect.
