allocation of funds to my account
I made a settlement payment on the 28 of September 2020 using my banking app as well as my edgars account,a few weeks later I got an email from edgars rcs group saying I did not make a payment and the started to email edgars collections,edgars enquiries as well as payment when and how I made the payment.i have called the call centre more than 20times to try to resolve the matter I have sent a screen shot of my payment and also took the time to explain the method of payment I was then told that a team leader would call but that never happened. I also went to an edgars store to call to try to resolve the matter even today no one has called me back and the issue is still unresolved. my name is Nompumelelo my email address is
