I made a settlement payment on the 28 of September 2020 using my banking app as well as my edgars account,a few weeks later I got an email from edgars rcs group saying I did not make a payment and the started to email edgars collections,edgars enquiries as well as payment when and how I made the payment.i have called the call centre more than 20times to try to resolve the matter I have sent a screen shot of my payment and also took the time to explain the method of payment I was then told that a team leader would call but that never happened.
