We had such a bad experience at Kuruman Edgars
we had purchased a wrong item and wanted to exchange it but the consultant refer us to the store manager Mbali and had to walked around the store our self looking for her we finally find her and we explain ourvsituation to her but her response to us was so rude and arrogant ( wow )with us, failing to assist or accompanying us back to the consultant she instructed us to go back to the sale consultant to inform him that he should call the Head office so we did as we where instructed because we wanted assistance and the head office told us that the store manager was the one who was suppose to have addressed this matter

We again asked the consultant to call the store Manager Mbali for us this time he did go and call Him(I assume they are scared of Her because the first time he failed to go call her showed fear) the store manager made us wait for her more then an hour on her arrival she gave us so much attitude saying did she not tell us what to do and continued tongue lashing on us we felt so violated and shamed as 15yrs plus loyal clients to the store

This is my first time ever complaining about anything I am very disappointed in the manner of how this matter was handled and
how we where treated under this new management of Mbali as clients we had never encountered such ill-treatment before on the previous management
