settlement letter

Good Day
My name is Itumeleng Martina letsoko

I have been calling Edgars since Tuesday trying to get a settlement letter emailed to me on my account but i was refered to their Debt review department of which i'm not on debt review they refereed me to this number 0312514297 which they never answer their phone since Tuesday and i urgently need the settlement letter to settle this account as i do not want the account.
my number is 0671342054 can i PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER
