faulty mobile

A few months ago I purchased a mobile device from the Edgar’s active store in Musgrave. This was supposed to be a gift for my mum but instead I had to return it after a few months due to the poor battery life and a problem with the sim. I then returned the phone to Edgar’s in musgrave for repairs in the month of September I have never received any feedback on the repairs being done. No call or message was sent to notify me. Being a loyal customer of Edcon for over a decade I did not expect to encounter a problem like this. I have already paid for the device which I don’t have and I feel that it is really unfair. The poor customer service does not make it any easier,It actually becomes frustrating with people who don’t know what’s going on. Despite me expressing my disappointment to the staff member he showed no concern.
I hope that someone will respond to my complaint or they will be sure to lose other loyal customers.
