Fraud

Edgars/EDCON has given an account fraudulently to a person using my credentials, but without an actual ID, proof of residence or pay slips.

I have notified their fraud department on 6 December 2019 and contacted them in between then and now as I had no feedback. I also sent them the SAPS case number.

Now they are threatening me with handing me over for non payment although this account is not mine and the fault lies fully and completely with Edgars as they allowed this without my consent.

It is impacting my credit score very badly and has cost me fuel and phone costs as we dont even have an Edgar's store where we live.

Pathetic employees, management and service in general across the board through all EDCON owned shops.
