I am extremely upset ,

I am paying a monthly premium for

- R42.50 - Edgars club emergency which entitles me to 3 call outs a year plumbing, electrical ( no parts included ) this I have no issues reaching the call centre for edgars clubcard emergency

- R49.50 - home fix insurance which entitles me to 9 call outs a year plumbing electrical and general house hold motors ( covers uo til R2000 per incidient including parts with an access fee amount)

Its been over a month that I have tried to contact home fix line on 0861127338 /0800203925/ 0114988100/ 0860113639/ 0118918000/ 0800004747/0119919000/ 0860024349/to no assistance ,

The edgars accounts dept continuously puts me through different numbers and no department seems to be incharge of homefix . This is costing me a lot of money generating these calls to no avail.

Please urgently advise as I am paying and no assistance in reaching the correct number .
