I have my account for more than 30 years, and also worked for Edgars as Manager in the 1994's plus minus and today I am very unhappy with Edgars/Edcom. I have ask accounts department to sent me my statements for about 6 Months to do a audit on my side because something did not seems right. I have picked up that my thank U point reduces a lot and then I phone them with the query they did not come back to me with any valid explanations what so ever. I have save my points to use for buying my self a proper Sun glass because I had a operation in both my eyes and need to wear it daily. Up till 07/08/2019 my points was 237912 and now it is 2542, what happen to my points. I also log a complaint on Hello Pieter and the commend was that Edgars will contact me privately.
