This is my last resort of trying to sort this out with Edgars if I don’t get a response within 24 hours, Im going to hello peter, complaints board as well as credit ombudsman!!

Please see attached screenshots of train of emails back and forth of how I have been messed around (21 emails to be exact & 16 phone calls to payment department - I was even told by Sandile that payment will reflect in 48 hours to be told 3 days they still waiting for docs when all was sent in September already!! Then to be told they cant process my refund???? WHAT?? How is that right? Its my money that was overpaid, not willing to refund me is a legal criminal act supported by NCA!!
