Good day, my wife wanted to open her old account she had by you and was refused because of her I.D being on her Maiden Surname but she did provide her marriage certificate as well. Please tell me why cant you accept it? She had all her papers, bank statements as well as 3 months salary slips and proof of Address. They told her she needs to get a new ID document first. This is unacceptable to me as well as her. She asked at the Somerset Mall Customer Service Counter if she can provide them with her Valid Passport with her married Surname and got no response so we left. We are very disappointed in the service and we need answers. Thank you(URGENTLY)

We want to go back today and needs clearance on this matter because according to my wife's call that she made to your Customer Service Center she was informed that it can be done as per the above and she needed to be identified and verified in the shop but the lady said when they called in to your account opening consultants they cant verify her.
