Good day
I have been a customer of Edgars for years. I do not buy regularly and always believed them when I need to pay a balance as I dont receive their accounts via post anymore. I recently noticed that they have been charging me for club membership which I never agreed too for how many years have they charged me this amount? I asked them to close my account but yet the membership amount clocks up on a monthly basis. I have it in writing where edgars confirmed they are busy closing my account, I told them to reverse the amounts for the club membership that is apparently linked to RCS company, yet last night I received an sms to say my account is now in arrears for 2 months? According to me my account was paid in full and they have to reverse the fees and close my account can someone please come back to me 0827856509
