edream is a complete scam. I made a booking on 3 July and got email from them saying the booking was pending. I phoned edream and told them, I had to cancel the booking as I would not wait , I would make booking with another company. Their stuff told me told me it was cancelled , but suggested that the best way is to tell me credit card company to stop the payment. I believed him. However the credit card team told me the payment could not stopped. I could dispute the payment. After I got my flight ticket with another company. Edream sent me confirmation anyway ( after they agreed to cancel the booking ).

I phoned a few times but they never send me the refund.

Phone line is always engaged, you would have to spend hours to get through. What a scum. If anyone want a nightmare with flight booking, you can go to edream
