Refund not received

I have booked ticket and hotel booking through edreams ref number 2270574428. They received money of Euro 476-00 from my account but ticket hasn't issued and refund hasn't given so far. They are repeatedly saying they processed money but money not come to my account. They are not helping to find out where is lying funds. Pls don't opt edreams for your booking for not to get in to troubles.
