Refund promised not given
Issue:
1) Sent faulty email claiming my flight booking is not possible
2) Took more than 5 hours talking to them to agree a refund
3) Refund confirmation sent with different amount to the full ticket price
4) No refund received and no reply to emails in 17 days
5) Intentionally cut off my line when talking to customer services (their sales team is only line that I can call in, the rest lines are not valid)
Attached is my communication with eDreams.
Faulty email suggesting my flight booking couldn't be made on 22nd Oct 2016
Agree to refund and ask and I supplied bank details on 8th Dec 2016
Haven't heard anything back, NO refund received so far.
