I booked a round trip from Mexico to Barcelona on february 2020, as to fly on june 2020. My eDreams reference is 5075711361, and my insurance policy number for this flight is CNXFLT151 (so my complaint is not only for eDreams, but also for the insurance company involved). I paid a total of 501.36 Euros. The flight was cancelled because of the Covid pandemic, so I requested a refund immediateley, since the Covid situation would clearly last long enough for any trip to be available for a couple of years. I also complain about the terrible service I received from Aeromexico's support, since they charged for the flight (I could actually check it on Aeromexico's website, and the reservation was real), but never wanted to refund my money. For two years both eDAreams and Aeromexico kept sending me to complain with the other party, and never accepting responsability for this matter. THEY BOTH SUCK.

It is june 2022, and I've not yet received any answer from either one.
