I would like to file a complaint regarding edreams.com "hidden service" charges which a customer is not notified ahead a time, before he/she makes a purchase using this website. You can only see the service charge at the end of your purchase and the website doesn't give you an option to go back, they already have all your payment information, then the website freezes and next thing you know you made a purchase. When I cancelled my booking I was told that the service charge is not refundable. Very convenient. The website itself is very not customer friendly. I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney General office, as what edreams does is fraudulent
