On the 26th of january I was looking for a travel from Porto to Ibiza in Spain.
Unwanted I found the website edreams.com. I found a flight and tried to pay with
my creditcard as I always do. For "security reasons" it was not possible and
I was asked to pay with my bank. I did and I was asked to mention in the payment
the booking number and passenger name. I did that. So far so good. Now the shit is starting.
When I did not hear anything some time I contacted edreams that I want to have my ticket.
I was told that they did not receive my payment. I showed them proof........that was not enough.
I contacted my bank and let them look into the matter.
The payment was done of course and edreams wanted to have more money.
I did twice an additional payment. Not enough.......now they asked me to mail them my credit card information.
I immediately answered that I never give anyone my creditcard information. End of the story.
They kept my money and of course no ticket. This is internet fraud in its purest form.
I will contact the internet fraud department of the FBI and Interpol.
This "company" is making victims every day and has to come to an end.
