This morning, i received 2 SMS messages from my bank for 2 credit card transactions of AE25 & AE78.3. I've not done these transactions with Edreams.

It was charge against my credit card xxxxxxxxxx4995.

I had booked ticket through e dreams app booking reference is 3W7S42 ticket number 0579054964171 from jordan to USA and this is first time traveling to USA so I had 2 transit I wasn't know that I need a Schengen visa if there is tow transit and I have not been informed from company so the ticket has been cancelled from the agent in airport jordan already I have USA visa no issue since April I am follow up with the customer care and telling me refund under process lately after four months the agent calling me confirmed I can't get my refund because I need to provide the reject visa I don't understand how many times explaining that my visa has not been reject for USA my issue is schengen visa I need response on this by the way your team are sending emails asking for documents when I replied the email has returned to me failed
