Book flights to Australia for December. Sudden death in family necessitated changing these flights. No compassion whatsoever. Was told I'd get £100 returned out of £1250 if I cancelled. Was going to cost another £600 to change the flight!! Emailed Spanish CEO and never got a response. Have had to book elsewhere and try claim through my insurance

DO NOT use this company!! They are also associated with Opodo. Avoid them at all costs.

It was advertised for £295. After booking for 2 people, got an email with price for flights+hotel £590.57 and to proceed payment. Only after card details were given (and security code) the actual price was £653.18 not the booking that I have made. The value of £653.18 came out the debit card and paid to edreams. Now I have the confirmation emails for 2 flights and hotel and they inform that I have to pay an extra £87.22 for the hotel when I will arrive at the hotel. In any step of the booking process this is mention. This is dishonest. I will never use this scam company. And if you have a problem expect to wait at least 1 hour on the phone and pay premium rate for the phone call not to solve the problem.
