eDreams -- Luggage charge

Hi,

While a friend of mine was returning from Frankfurt using a ticket I had booked for her, she had to pay 39 euros to Ryan Air for the extra luggage she was carrying because they had said that the ticket was not including it!. Is there any way to make eDreams to reimburse this money to me pls?.
