Paid for luggage, they obviously didn't pay the airline.

i had to cancel two flights, followed all the procedures, have waited 6 months, sent 17 emails and still have no idea when or if ever i will see the money that was promised to me. meanwhile, i plan to never use edreams again, to tell everyone i know not to use edreams, to broadcast my complaint everywhere i can.
