As you have purchased your ticket through an Agent, you will need to discuss any refund with the Agent. Qantas is only able to consider refunding Qantas issued tickets.

In regards to your complaint advising that you are unable to view your Qantas bookings in the Edreams App, I can confirm that you are able to view your forward bookings via the Qantas App. I am unable to speak for the Edreams App, and you may like to speak with Edreams about this matter.

READ THEIR WIKIPEDIA PAGE they are a known scam company which I should have known. I booked a flight from Melbourne to Ballina, got everything confirmed and paid. When I get to the airport there's no ticket for me, they say it's been cancelled. This cost me 400 bucks to get a new ticket and another 100 to get to a different airport since there was no more flights. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours talked to 3 supervisors which all disconnected me in the end (probably because I was right about them ripping us off). DON'T GIVE THESE CAANTS YOUR MONEY.
