Can't contact anyone, charged $600 for a flight I never took
Hi there,
I booked an emergency flight out of Shanghai, China on July 3. A few hours after I booked through edreams I showed up to the airport to find my flight was cancelled. I was given no help from China Eastern (granted this is not a fault of edreams), minus a piece of paper that was in Chinese. After waiting for an hour with my piece of paper to get reimbursed they said I needed my ticket number which was never issued to me because the flight was cancelled and I was told to contact the company I booked with for further support.
It's been a month now. I have found no email address to contact. I received one response on Facebook asking how I could be assisted, when I sent in my inquiry for the ticket number, I received no follow up. Every time I call the line is dead. I would really just like to talk to a real person about this issue.
