Refund

I want to make a complaint because I haven't received my refund from e dreams more than 2 years. I had bought my tickets with them and I had to cancel it because of covid restrictions. I was not allowed to enter in the country anymore so I contacted edreams and they promised a refund. I have it in writing but they never paid me and they cancelled my flight

Can you help me?

Seat Booking via eDreams

It is now well over two weeks since I first raised the problem of booking seats via the eDreams site. It is clear seat bookings are not part of eDreams’ service despite them stating otherwise.It is also clear eDreams have made no attempt to resolve this important issue.
I do not want to risk losing my booking to and from Rome in April next year. I will not use eDreams again however. Moreover, as a Battlefield Tour Guide covering tours in many parts of the world from Europe to South Africa I will not recommend eDreams to any of our clients. The response of eDreams to my problem has been alarming poor.
Please note the following:
1. All the airlines to whom I have spoken insist it is the responsibility of eDreams to handle seat bookings on flights booked by them.
2. The telephone number quoted by eDreams on their faulty web site is wrong. It is not usable unless you quote its international dialing code and that requires customers to know from which country the quoted number operates.
3. The Help Line listed by eDreams is also wrong (- United Kingdom: 0800 026 5815 (Monday to Friday: 8:00h to 20:00h (GMT). / Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00h to 18:00h (GMT). This number is only an out of hours emergency number and cannot handle seat bookings.
This is the fifth time I have raised this matter with eDreams so far without success. Is there any hope their Customer Service will provide some service and allow one seat to be booked on both outward and return lights to Rome?

Edreams website scam

I googled Ryanair to book flights, and I thought all went smoothly until I received an email from edreams (who I had never heard of) with a breakdown of the cost, showing an additional payment of €80 on top of the flight cost.
I didn't know what was going on, and contacted edreams several times stating I did not ask for their service. One of their customer service agents hung up on me.
It transpires that I did not book on the Ryanair website like I thought. I was scammed into thinking I was on the Ryanair website, as everything was identical. The edreams website is a deliberate scam, & I am exploring my options regarding compensation. Any advice with where to complain would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I recently booked connected flight an i experienced following problems. I booked my trip true edreams so as I understand u take care of the things. I had connected flight. (Ryanair) dublin - amsterdam , (air Morocco) amsterdam - casablanca , casablanca-Rio de Janeiro , Rio- sao paulo. anyway. first flight was ryanair so i go ahead and buy 6 luggage and check them in dublin and i asked a represent of ryanair: do i need to pay for the bags later again when airline changes and she replied no no its only for first flight because its connected fligh. so hastle free in my mind i continue my trip. when i arrived in amsterdam obviously airline changed to air moroco and i have to collect my bags and drop them again. So when i went to drop the bags the girl wouldnt let me check 6 bags because only 2 bags are allowed per person. i almost missed my flight because of this because i had to go and collect them again and try to put stuff in 4 bags. and abviously i had no room to stick in extra two bags in my luggage. so i had to trow out things because they said i have to pay 150e per bag. And also when i payed for trip you charged me twice. please review my complain and i looking forward to see explenation and resolving my issue i lost my things because of you. Also just to let you know copy of my statement i send to my lawyer because this matter has to be resolved!
