This Company has stolen my money. They clearly state on their website cancel within 24 hours and payment will be refunded. Not so they have stolen my air fare and I cancelled within 30 minutes. After many emails and even more phone calls where I was shoved from 'pillar to post' they told me to phone Air India in India to get my refund. My contract is with this rogue company. So far they refuse to refund my money intend to commence legal action. Be very careful they conduct business with enormous dishonesty and deceipt.
