I had one of the worst days of my life because of edreams. I have booked a 2-way flight from Vienna to Majorca. In the beginning, the return flight was suspended, then they confirmed it and gave me the flight number and booking number, also they catch the money. I stayed in Majorca for 5 days (in high season). When I went to the airport for the flight(Majorca to Vienna) with eurowings airlines, my name wasn't on the list. I tried to call them with the help of passenger assistance, the customer service all the time was repeating that the flight was canceled and we will refund the money. He also said maybe it was an error of the app. To make in short, all the other flights were full, as I could just find a really more expensive flight for the day after at night. I had to stay in a hotel again to spend the night and whole the day of the flight I was waiting at the airport. How can I claim for my money back and also the stress and one day at work that I missed?
