I am writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable service and treatment I have received from the travel agency, edreams.

Despite canceling my flight and requesting a refund, I have been subject to endless waiting and no communication from the company.
I had booked a flight from Boston (Logan) to Turkey (Istanbul) with a booking ID of 8322282033 and an airline booking reference of 3ERNYM. The flight was scheduled for Wed, Dec 1 '21 - Fri, Dec 10 '21. I had paid $1500 for this ticket.
Despite the fact that my refund status is "finalizing," I have not received any updates or communication from edreams. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, but to no avail. I believe that this is a clear violation of my consumer rights and I am seeking legal action to recover my money and hold edreams accountable for their actions.
I would appreciate your assistance in this matter and would be happy to provide any additional information or documentation necessary.
