This appears to be a long running scam by edreams with complaints online stretching back a decade. I paid for baggage on their website. The receipt they sent me doesn't mention this. At the airport I was asked to pay for the baggage. I contact the costumer service of edreams and was told that I didn't pay them for baggage. I certainly did! So while biking your see what your are being charged for the baggage but there is no trace is it anywhere afterwards. This is a priority scan and plain stealing. Do not use this scumbag company, your will regret it!

There is basically no way to report this to edreams. Looking online, this had been happening for years and nothing has improved. A total scam!
