edrams prime membership without my consent

I've realized that "edream" did a prime membership on my name and took 64,99 € from my bank account without my consent and without any information when I checked my credit card details yesterday. I even didn't remember to use e-dreams. When I checked my email, I just bought a flight ticket 2 months ago. But I didn't choose or apply for any membership at that time. To get more information and cancel it, I downloaded their application (it was not possible to cancel it on the web, because the cancel button was hiding on the web. I am attaching the photo of it) and canceled it but they already took from me 1 year membership without my consent. It is a robbery. I have already contacted my bank to inform them that the transaction was a fraud. My bank advised me to cancel my credit card to prevent stealing money from my account in the future but I don’t want to cancel it but I don’t trust this company either. I already wrote an email to “edream” but they replied to me with an irrelevant auto no-reply mail. I don't know where I should apply to take my money back.

eDreams did not inform me of a change of flight

eDreams contacted me to inform me that my flight from LUX to SAF had changed and I was able to get to my destination but on the return, the time of the flight also changed and they never informed me. The wrong flight was still on my file on the web site on the day I was supposed to leave, no email or voicemail on my phone... Turns out they rescheduled the flight for the morning of the same day instead of the afternoon (see picture attached for the flight on March 11), so I when I showed up at the airport I had already missed it!
I spent hours trying to reach customer service and when I finally reached them they told me they couldn't reschedule me a flight for the next day unless I paid 2807euros!!!
I have all the emails, screen shots of the website with the day of departure's date and everything, I will press charges if they don't find me a flight for tomorrow.

extra charges

Hi this company is doing frauds. I purchsed tikets on it and they charged 100 % more charges than ryanair. This detail was not given while purchasing tiket that this extra amount is only for edreams. What a benifit they have (100 % on each tiket) what an amazing business . Amount given to ryan air is 38 while charged to customer is 81..

extra charges

We booked flights with edreams. They charged our credit card and at the same time gave our credit card details to the airline and so we were charged by them also.
They promised a refund but so far nothing has materialised. We have now opened a dispute with our credit card company.
