I booked a flight over the weekend from Faro to London Heathrow. The price was competitive against Opodo so I decided to go with this website. I had to tick the check box for T & C's not thinking about the T & C's of the company. Normally they are all the same and pages and pages of rules and reg's regarding cancellation, changes to the flight etc etc. I agreed the price of £138 ponds and clicked to the payment page. I realised I could pay vai Pay Pal so that is what I did. On pressing pay I didn't see any changes to the amount. Then a few seconds later into my email box I received the PP invoice with an a additional £40 to now £185. My heart sank, I called to company only to be told that it was a handling charge made by them and it appears in the T& C's page. It does not anywhere beforehand show. I think this is disgusting practice and they should be held accountable. I have reported them to PP and I am currently trying to have my charge refunded as I did not agree to that. Please don't use this company.
