I paid 1021 euro for Edreams , they should only deduct the amount of staying at the hotel which is 305.5 euro (as per the email that I received ). E-dreams just refunded 472 euro!!! why? they just reserved a hotel ! without flights , their employee told me I had NO booking for flights , I called them many times for 48 hours , each call for 45-60 minutes , and keep telling me to wait for the booking!!!! Edream must pay me back the 242 euro
