edreams owe me £290 this was due to a duplicate booking on an easyjet flight. I contacted easy jet to explain that I had inadverntly
booked through edreams though I thoght it was the easyjet website. I didn't realise that my money had been taken as I had no conformation of payment. Later it came to light that I missed out a letter in my email. In December I contacted easyjet to explain
they immeadiatly said they would refund the money to the original card (edreams). I contacted edreams to update them and as requested forwarded the email from easyjet confirming the refund. They replied that they could not refund the money to me as they required an official email in a PDF format from easyjet. I recontacted easyjet on several occasions with the email from edreams.
Easyjet sent me an email confirming they had given edreams the required infofmation. I sent this email to edreams they are still refusing to give me my money back it is virtually impossible to get them on the phone when you do they keep quoting the PDF file
requirement. easyjet have told me there is nothing more they can do for me. I sent them a last email asking why they do business
with these crooks no reply has been received. Looks like edeams will keep my money.
