REQUEST FOR POSTPONE SERVICE DUE MCO 3.0 &JOBLESS

Hi..Honda Malaysia

I am your customer would like to request to postpone my car Honda Br-V - VCA7971 service which is due in June 2021 due to loss of income and i am currently jobless due to the 3.0 MCO.

As i was informed by your staff at Botanic Automall Klang thru a telecomunication last week if i dont service my car by end of june then it will be considered as 'Skip One Service' which will effect my warranty.

For your information my car is in a very low millage which is 5646KM till today.

I would like request to you urgently on consideration to postpone my service till 3.0 MCO over and hope you can excalate my request to Person In Charge in Honda Malaysia to seek for approval ( If needed ) so it wont effect my warranty due to the delay of my service which due in June 2021.

Kindly get back to me asap.
