refuses to give full refund for their cancellation of trip to spain
Go Ahead refuses to give a full refund for a trip to Spain which was cancelled 2 times. The first was May 2020 when they offered a 100% voucher or pay 50% in cancellation fees.(even though Go Ahead cancelled) We rebooked for Oct 2020 and again the trip was cancelled. This time I had the Any Reason insurance that they offered. I was given a refund minus $600 for the deposit paid for 2 people plus they kept the $150 paid for the insurance. They stated that I was cancelling the trip because I did not rebook for the third time. NEVER USE THEIR INSURANCE!!!. GET YOUR OWN!!! We have been on 6 Go Ahead Tours and find this practice of keeping your money ridiculous.
