Terrible service!

I have never in my life experienced customer service as bad as this. Since placing my order on the 19th (express delivery) of November, i haven't received anything but the run around from the ignorant jackasses in the order department of efashion solutions on behalf of babyphat.com. Every time a call is placed for the status of my order i'm being told something different. It has gotten to the point where efashions is blaming usps and usps is blaming efashions. That has nothing to do with me. It's now December and i'm still without my package.now i'm asking for my money back on items that i never received and getting the run around with that!!! People are telling you things just to get you off the phone and you have to call back and explain the situation again to someone else that's unable to help. A guy named alexis even told me that they completed the transaction because they charged my card despite me never receiving my item and refused to listen when i told him that until i receive my product the transaction has not been completed. I am very furious with the way things have been handled with this company and it's very unfortunate that babyphat has a company with such terrible customer service handling their merchandise.now, three items that i really wanted are no longer of interest to me due to efashion's terrible service.

Terrible service!

I recently purchased a north face jacket and after two weeks of not responding to my emails or sending me a tracking number, I finally found a contact number and spoke to a woman who was the perfect definition of rude. She told me they just received the products to their warehouse when i called and I told her not to even send it and that I demand a refund. She told me okay and shut in my face. I called back several times because I'm the last person anyone wants to shut the phone with. I don't deal with people like that very well. Anyways, I kept calling until she answered again and at that point I was furious! I told her if i didn't get my money back I will bring police into it and she shut again! When i called back again i started yelling at her and told her i knew her company was a scam and it will backfire, she has the audacity to reply back to me saying "you're f**king crazy stop calling us" and shut in my face again. At that point, my blood was boiling. I called back and threatened to take her to court and I will show the police what kind of service this is and how they speak to their clients. Right after that i received an email saying I'm getting a refund on my order which I highly doubt. I will not stop until I have this company completely out of harms way. I refuse to let this keep happening to anyone especially because i have witnessed such horrific things.
