I send email to NATASHA requesting the correct ons on 5 October 2019, and up to today, 12 October, after phing every day and getting the promise that it will be forwarded, HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK... ALL I GOT WAS PROMISES THAT IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED AND WILL BE FORWARDED. I AM SURE THIS IS NOT THE WAY PENSIONERS OR MEMBERS SHOULD BE TREATED.
