My daughter who is mentally ill was at my house visiting, someone knock on the door stating that we will be able to get a fix rate towards our Comed bill and save money, but she needed to see the bill to make sure she qualitified, my daughter gave her the bill to see it and then she responded we qualified, the repesentative stated she needed the number to the one on the bill which my daughter gave and repsentative stated someone will call your mother to inform her more information about this supplier, I am not aware of any information because I work for Comed not them, then she told her to sign a document stated she is give permission to call that number, so she did. Weeks later I get a letter March 6 in the mail stated i have enroll in liberty holdings for one year at a fix rate, I called them to see whats going on that I have no clue about this company information, then they stated my daughter with that signature gave them permission to enroll ( ALLL A SCAM AND LIES). Now to cancel there is $300 fee and I have not been about to cancel yet they state every time I call they dont have that information. How dare they lie especially I was in the next room this whole time I was just texting my daughter to see how does she interact. This people are SCAMERS please becareful, they dont help at all, I still cant cancel anything or get someone on the line anymore. Please becareful...
