Placed online order for Cannon SX30IS on 12-2-2011, received conformation the the order had been received that day. On 12-9-2011 sent an email to find out the status of the order, as of 12-13-2011 I have NOT received a reply. Today, 12-13-2011 I attempted to call to cancel the order and was greeted by the voice telling me "all persons were busy with other customers, 30 minutes of music and the same rheteric later, I hung up. Went and did some online investigating about this company and found that others have had the same experience as I, there are many positive reviews,
those positive reviews are mostly older and have few from 2010-2011. This was my experience, I SAY BUYER BEWARE, THEY HAVE MY CARD NUMBER AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY TO STOP THEM FROM USING IT, AND STILL NO CAMERA.

Same thing happened to me!!! I spent $1800 on the D7000 and kit. Let me know what I can do to get a refund or something.
